1. このページと、情報を受け取る事業者
このページ（https://on-the-spot-language.guide-bloom.com/ 。以下「本ページ」）は、ON THE SPOT LANGUAGE INC.（以下「OSL」）がカナダのトロントで行う語学プログラムを紹介するページです。本ページの公開と閲覧の計測は株式会社 BRIGHT INDIVIDUAL（以下「BRIGHT INDIVIDUAL」）が、無料相談とプログラムの運営は OSL が行います。
本ページを通じて得る情報は、受け取る事業者ごとに、次のとおり扱います。

2. BRIGHT INDIVIDUAL が扱う情報（本ページの公開と閲覧の計測）
2-1. 集める情報
- 閲覧したページと日時
- 本ページに来る前のページ（参照元）と、リンクに付いた計測用の項目（utm_ で始まるもの）
- 本ページの中での操作（「LINEで無料相談する」などのボタンのクリック、スクロール、動画の再生）
- ブラウザと端末の種類、言語の設定、IP アドレスから推定されるおおよその地域
これらは、ブラウザに保存される Cookie などの識別子と結びつけて記録されます。氏名・メールアドレス・電話番号は集めません。
2-2. 集め方（Google アナリティクス）
本ページは、Google LLC が提供する「Google アナリティクス」を使います。本ページを開くと、Google アナリティクスがブラウザに Cookie を保存し、2-1 の情報を Google に送ります。Google によるデータの扱いは、次のページに書かれています。
Google アナリティクスによる記録を望まない場合は、Google アナリティクス オプトアウト アドオンを使うか、ブラウザの設定で Cookie を無効にしてください。
2-3. 使う目的
- 本ページの閲覧の数と、どの案内（SNS の投稿など）から来たかを数え、本ページの内容と案内の方法を改善するため
- 無料相談のボタンが押された数を数えるため
BRIGHT INDIVIDUAL は、これらの情報から個人を特定することはしません。
2-4. 保存先と保存期間
Google アナリティクスの記録は、Google のサーバー（米国など日本の外を含む）に保存されます。Cookie などの識別子に結びついた記録の保存期間は、イベントのデータが2か月、ユーザーのデータが14か月（新しく閲覧があるたびに延びます）です。集計済みのレポートの数値は、この期間を過ぎても残ります。
2-5. 本ページが読み込む外部のサービス
本ページは、表示のために次のサービスを読み込みます。読み込むときに、IP アドレスやブラウザの情報が各事業者に送られます。
- Firebase Hosting（Google LLC）: 本ページの配信
- Google Fonts（Google LLC）: 文字の表示
- YouTube（Google LLC）: 動画のサムネイル画像の表示と、再生ボタンを押したときの動画の再生
Instagram・TikTok・YouTube・LINE へのリンクを押した先では、各サービスのプライバシーポリシーが適用されます。

3. OSL が扱う情報（無料相談とプログラム）
3-1. LINE での無料相談
「LINEで無料相談する」を押すと、OSL の LINE 公式アカウントが開きます。友だち追加やトークで届く情報（LINE の表示名・プロフィール画像、送られたメッセージや画像など）は OSL が受け取り、ご相談への回答とプログラムのご案内に使います。
LINE の利用での情報の扱いには、LY株式会社のプライバシーポリシーも適用されます。
3-2. お申し込みと受講
お申し込みの際にいただく情報の扱いは、お申し込みの際にご案内する OSL の受講規約と同意書のとおりです。受講中に使う GuideBloom のアプリでの情報の扱いは、GuideBloom のプライバシーポリシーのとおりです。

1. About this page and who receives information
This page (https://on-the-spot-language.guide-bloom.com/, "this page") introduces the language program that ON THE SPOT LANGUAGE INC. ("OSL") runs in Toronto, Canada. BRIGHT INDIVIDUAL Co., Ltd. (株式会社 BRIGHT INDIVIDUAL; "BRIGHT INDIVIDUAL") publishes this page and measures its traffic. OSL runs the free consultations and the program.
Information obtained through this page is handled by each recipient as follows.

2-1. What we collect
- Pages viewed and when
- The page you came from (referrer) and tracking parameters in links (those starting with utm_)
- Actions on this page (clicks on buttons such as "Free consultation on LINE", scrolling, and video plays)
- Browser and device type, language setting, and approximate region estimated from your IP address
These are recorded together with identifiers such as cookies stored in your browser. We do not collect your name, email address or phone number.
2-2. How we collect it (Google Analytics)
This page uses Google Analytics, provided by Google LLC. When you open this page, Google Analytics stores cookies in your browser and sends the information in 2-1 to Google. How Google handles this data is described here:
If you do not want to be measured by Google Analytics, use the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on or turn off cookies in your browser settings.
2-3. Why we use it
- To count visits to this page and which announcements (such as social media posts) brought visitors, so that we can improve this page and how we announce it
- To count how many times the free consultation buttons are pressed
BRIGHT INDIVIDUAL does not use this information to identify individuals.
2-4. Where it is stored and for how long
Google Analytics records are stored on Google's servers, including servers outside Japan such as in the United States. Data linked to identifiers such as cookies is kept for 2 months (event data) and 14 months (user data, extended each time you visit again). Figures in aggregated reports remain after these periods.
2-5. External services this page loads
To display this page, it loads the following services. When they load, your IP address and browser information are sent to each provider.
- Firebase Hosting (Google LLC): delivering this page
- Google Fonts (Google LLC): displaying text
- YouTube (Google LLC): showing video thumbnails, and playing a video when you press play
When you follow a link to Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or LINE, that service's privacy policy applies.

3. Information handled by OSL (free consultations and the program)
3-1. Free consultation on LINE
Pressing "Free consultation on LINE" opens OSL's LINE Official Account. Information that reaches it when you add it as a friend or chat (your LINE display name and profile picture, and the messages and images you send) is received by OSL and used to answer your questions and tell you about the program.
LY Corporation's privacy policy also applies to information handled when you use LINE.
3-2. Applying and taking the program
Information you provide when applying is handled as described in OSL's terms and consent form, which you will receive when you apply. Information in the GuideBloom app used during the program is handled under the GuideBloom Privacy Policy.
